Tell me something about yourself? Hi Im Carlos but you can call me Caloy, I've been in a BPO industry for more than 12 years now. I started in 2010 as a Customer Service Representative. I've handled healthcare, telecommunication account, financial, order management. I must say that in 2016 was my biggest milestone, because that was my 1st time to be a Business Development Rep and that was with Cience, I was an agent for 2 yrs then I was given a chance to lead a team for a year. Since then, I was handling a sales account including my current job.
