ESP32 Firmware & PCB Design Engineer | IoT Hardware to Production

I design ESP32 boards that are ready to order: schematic, PCB layout, JLCPCB production files and firmware. Bring a concept, a half-finished design or a prototype that does not work, and I will take it to a board you can manufacture. Top Rated, $20K+ earned on Upwork across 30+ hardware projects. Recent work - PoE radio-over-IP gateway: ESP32-S3 + W5500, 4 layers, 205 parts, 10 boards ordered with JLC assembly - Cinema lighting controller: isolated DMX, CRMX wireless DMX, u-blox F9P GNSS, 4 layers - 3-screen touch art display: redesigned a board that did not work, ESP-IDF firmware, all screens running - Coin-cell LCD timer on MSP430, USB-C lighting systems, 220 V smart relays, SDI-12 soil sensors What I do Hardware: schematic design and PCB layout in KiCad and EasyEDA, 2 and 4 layer boards, DRC clean Gerbers, BOM and Pick-and-Place ready for JLCPCB, AC/DC power circuits, battery and LiPo charging, sensor integration, thermal and low-power design. Firmware: ESP32 and ESP32-S3 in ESP-IDF and Arduino, LVGL touch interfaces, MQTT, BLE, Wi-Fi provisioning, OTA updates, deep sleep for battery products, payment integration. Cloud side when you need it: MQTT broker, database, and a web dashboard so the device is useful outside the lab. I work in your files, not only mine. Send me a KiCad project and you get a KiCad project back, with the libraries and footprints in place. Same for EasyEDA. If you need to move a design from one to the other, I can do that too, including symbol and footprint cleanup so the netlist survives the trip. How I work I ask questions before I draw anything, because most board problems come from a wrong assumption, not a wrong footprint. You see the schematic before I start layout. Before you order, every board gets DRC, a stock check of every part at JLC and a placement check of every rotated part. You get documentation with pinouts, connector tables, and assembly notes, not just files. You get a short progress update at least twice a week, and if a date moves, you hear it from me first, with a new plan. I stay available during bring-up, since that is where the real issues appear. I also take over broken designs. Several clients came to me with a board that did not power up or a regulator wired wrong, and left with a working revision. Tell me what you are building and what it has to do. I will tell you honestly whether I am the right engineer for it, and what it will realistically take.
