Matteo M.

I craft software following and managing all the steps, either when I'm working solo or in group. I'm strong on software architecture and design, but also on writing code and getting the work done. I've lot of experience in building websites, apps, data collection systems, computer vision algorithms, whatever you need there's a chance I've had my hands on it. I'm also very fast in understanding legacy code, either with the goal of bug-fixing or to rewrite it from scratch. ✅ I'm the right choice for you if you need someone that: - is proficient in different languages (Typescript / JS, Rust, C#, PHP, Java, HTML + CSS, Python...) - has an eye on the "big picture", not only on writing code - can follow your project, give advice, make future-proof decisions - is fast to navigate in legacy code that needs to be fixed / refactored / entirely rewritten - knows what is doing ❌ I'm NOT the right choice for you if you need someone that: - creates cheap products - moves fast and breaks things - should only write code without thinking "why" and "how" 📚 I crafted applications for many different fields, but I'm mostly expert in: - Healthcare (HL7 / FHIR, EHR, Data Collections, integrations, etc.) - Quality in Industrial Automation (through Computer Vision) - Management and Business Other areas of interest: - semantic technologies - environment and waste reduction - music (I have a flute diploma and I'm a band conductor)
