I am currently working with IFS as a Application Support - Tier 1, where I resolve incidents, create Problem events and resolve SQL issues. I've worked on a project to analyse the data within the service desk and build models to see what data could be extracted. I was a Service Desk Analyst in Edinburgh Napier University. I resolve IT issues, advice users how IT systems can benefit their projects and help improve the teams performance. I also have experience working in Edinburgh University as a support analyst, resolving mail import issues and helping to organise the Unidesk Conference in Durham University. I formally sat on the Board of Dyslexia Scotland as a co-opted director. I have had the opportunity to learn more about strategy, risk and managing funds. I have used design thinking for over three and a half years In Edinburgh Napier University. I was given the opportunity to work on projects such as "Workplace of the future" and "The Brechin Project."
