Film Editor & Script Consultant

I'm a film editor and script consultant with experience in narrative and documentary films. My narrative goals in these kinds of films lie in revealing the director's intentions through patient narrative assembly and constructive feedback. I ultimately hope to help the author produce their vision in a way that will translate to their audiences with the given material. Films I've edited have been screened at international festivals such as Locarno Film Festival, Sarajevo Film Festival, and Palm Springs Int'l ShortFest among others. I am also interested to begin social media and Youtube editing. My approach to this style of editing is centered around quick turnarounds without minimizing the quality of my work. I understand the importance of user engagement and metrics, but also feel it is important to polish the storytelling techniques of modern content. • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (as well as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator), Avid Media Composer, and Davinci Resolve • Experienced in script consultation and editing along a variety of formats, styles, and genres • A collaborative approach is important to me, and am excited to help you with your project
