Good design starts with listening. Whether you have a rough concept, sketch, or functional prototype, I can help to clarify design requirements, development plans, and/or manufacturing and financial goals before designing and building. I’ve spent thousands of hours building things both working on assembly lines and through hands-on prototyping. This gives me real-world insight into how parts fit, mechanisms work, and products succeed in practice. I primarily use Fusion 360 (CAD & CAM) to deliver manufacturing-ready models and drawings, or can adapt to other CAD platforms as needed. I also operate an in-house shop with CNC routing, 3D printing, and laser engraving, allowing for rapid prototyping and iteration.
