When I left my last hospitality role they hired three people to cover what I had been doing alone. One of them was a Director of Finance. While many clients bring me in for cleanup and controls, I also support ongoing monthly close, reconciliations, and reporting once the books are stabilized. With 25 years of experience across major NYC hospitality operations, municipal finance, and complex freelance engagements I bring forensic level reconciliation, multi-entity cleanup, audit ready documentation, and the investigative instinct to trace any problem back to its source.
