Uliana M.

Currently ended a year and a half contract in UX design in Paris with EKino and looking for a new UX position. New skills I gained in UX/UI (and UR) combined with my previous skills in marketing, research, critical thinking, and journalism will help me in my journey to be a valuable part of the team as UX designer. Little back story: I came to Paris in April 2022, as I had to leave my hometown Kyiv because russia attacked Ukraine and started the war. Since October 2022 I have been studying UX/UI through OpenClassrooms and then doing a boot camp in IronHack Paris for one year 2023-2024. As a PR Assistant at French FinTech unicorn Qonto, where I had a 3-month contract in the summer of 2022, I got experience working and adjusting to new conditions in a fast-growing startup. Good at communication, quick learning, and open-minded. Worked as a journalist, in marketing, and as a social media manager, also had the experience of working in an art gallery and organizing events, creating expositions, and working on artist's catalog as a project manager. As a part of the crew of a big video production company in Ukraine, I had experience of instant troubleshooting in lots of areas, when "no" is not an answer. Good at researching and arranging information. Love to make hard stuff simple and easy to understand. I am a vegetarian, a fan of nature, and an eco enthusiast, love dogs. Music, yoga, psychology, climbing, meditation, and volunteering are among my interests.
