I oversee all aspects of live event production from contract negotiations and technical systems design to team management and logistical deployments. I am deeply involved in project development with the client, including pre-production, budgeting, compliance, permitting, engineering design calculations, CAD drawings, equipment allocation and labor coordination. I work to ensure the clients needs are handled throughout project lifecycle. I liaise with the venues to coordinate logistical support for event dates.
