Hello. I am looking to work with custom residential clients to design their dream home. I am an expert in ArchiCAD software that designs in both 2D and 3D. I’ve found the 3D really helps the client visualize a space. From there, I can run a state of the art rendering program, Lumion. This will give you realistic images of your building. Finally, I am able to produce construction/permit level drawings to hand over to a builder. I have worked in the custom residential architecture field for over 3 years at a top notch firm in Charlotte NC. Our budgets range anywhere from 50k for a small renovation to 10 million for a vacation home in the mountains and everything in between. I want you to know that I am not designing to be a star among my peers. I am designing solely for you wants and desires. If you are happy, then I am happy.
