Multiple businesses run their day-to-day on systems I've built: a sales operation that tracked $2.4M in a month, a real estate business that went from a hand-updated spreadsheet to a system the owner now runs himself, and two live AI products with real users. If a piece I build doesn't do what you hoped, you don't pay for it. Recent work: → Analytics system for a high-ticket sales operation: $4.6M tracked all-time, $2.4M in a single month. Leadership watched $1.4M close in one week from a single screen; 126 deals at a 45% close rate across one campaign, with rep performance, pipeline stages and conversion rates all live. → A home-buying company ran on a spreadsheet one person updated by hand every day. I replaced it with one system: every lead priced before anyone picks up the phone (1,700+ so far), AI answering new enquiries and booking the calls (5,000+ conversations), contracts going out on their own. The owner asks AI how the month is going and gets a clear answer off his real numbers. After four months I handed it over; he runs it himself today. → A founder running a live AI product had watched his in-house dev team struggle for three months to get the AI behaving the way he wanted. Came in, worked the problem from first principles, got it shipping the experience he envisioned. Live with real users, and six months on I still advise the same founder. → Took a founder's AI product from prototype to production: billing so new customers onboard cleanly, and an assistant inside the product that reads the customer's account, drafts the recurring work and carries nothing out until a person presses the button. Before real users came on I read all 416 of its access rules against what they claimed, signed in as a real user. We've worked together every month since. How I work: I start small. My clients tend to stay with me for months, or end up running what I built themselves. I also get brought in just to think: what to build first, where an AI product is breaking, how to set a team up on Claude Code. It's my daily infrastructure and my own company runs on it.
