In addition to my work as a brand strategist and marketing consultant, writer, and editor, I’m a licensed psychotherapist and certified life coach with more than 14 years of clinical experience. I’ve also founded and operated my own urban micro-farm and healing retreat center and have written professionally as a journalist within the health and wellness realm.
