Hello there. Welcome to my bio. I am Prabhu and I am a Mechanical Engineer with 11+ years of experience in product design and development. I am good in product design based on various manufacturing process like injection moulding, sheet metal fabrication, general fabrication works, 3D printing, castings and so on. All my design works will follow the rule for DFMA and will be having the considerations for GD&T. Some parts of my works also include FEA and CFD analysis based on the requirments. I also do 3D renderings for the products and 3D animations to show the working video of the product or machines. I also make the technical documents for instruction manual, catalogues, marketing brochures, etc. I was into freelance works from 2015 and was doing the work for the nearby companies and individuals. Now, I am into full time business as freelancer as industrial design consultant doing all kinds of design and development works from concept sketches to final drawings. My bio is short.
