I have a total of 14 years of experience in Customer Service. I have a total of 7 years of sales experience. I have a total of 3 years of experience as a Team Lead and 1 year as a Project Manager in the Call Center World. I have 15 plus years in the entertainment world started as a regular employee and worked my way up to Senior Crew Rigging Leader. I like to think of myself as an individual who loves to constantly learn new things and always looking to take on new challenges. I may not know everything, but, I will invest my time in finding an answer or a solution. I'm a firm believer that a problem isn't one unless you see it as one. I see a challenge instead of an obstacle. Guess it depends on how you see the glass of water. I aspire to someday become a Project Manager and eventually work my way up to the top. Constantly working on becoming a better and improved version of myself than the previous day!
