Construction Estimator and Project Operations professional with an Electronic Engineering degree and 7+ years of experience preparing estimates, reviewing drawings and specifications, coordinating vendors, tracking bids, and supporting project delivery across construction, industrial, oil & gas, and government-related projects. My estimating experience includes working with different construction scopes and disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, structural, civil, architectural, temporary works, and general construction support. I have worked on portfolios over $25M, prepared bids exceeding $60M, and contributed to more than $50M in awarded work. My background includes takeoffs, proposals, RFIs, change orders, cost tracking, cost control, procurement follow-up, vendor coordination, scheduling, estimate documentation, forecasting, cash flow tracking, and budget vs. actual analysis. I am comfortable working directly with vendors and internal teams to request pricing, confirm scope, track lead times, document assumptions, and keep estimates clear and complete. I also have strong experience improving estimating, reporting, and operational workflows using Excel, Google Sheets, Apps Script, Power BI, Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera P6, ClickUp, QuickBooks, and CRM platforms. I previously served as Director of Technical Services, supporting operations, improving internal processes, and helping scale a team from 1 to 20 people.
