I am a representative of SMAL Software Development (smal.dev). I have been working in the IT industry for over 6 years, and my journey has been both rewarding and transformative. I started my career as a support engineer, gradually progressing through Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 roles. This hands-on experience provided me with a strong technical foundation and allowed me to gain extensive knowledge and practical expertise in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and understanding complex systems. Over time, this technical experience naturally transitioned into a more managerial role. Having a solid technical background gives me a unique perspective on the software development process—an understanding of how things work "from the inside." This allows me to evaluate the feasibility of projects, set realistic deadlines, and anticipate potential challenges or alternative outcomes. I’m passionate about bridging the gap between technical teams and business goals, ensuring that projects are not only achievable but also delivered efficiently and effectively. My ability to balance technical insights with managerial responsibilities has been key in driving successful collaborations and project completions.
