Your permit set needs to be ready. Your city comments need a clear response. Your drawings need to be coordinated—and correct the first time. Since April 2023, I've been working full-time as a remote architectural designer for a US-based architecture and engineering team. I've worked on over 250 residential and commercial Revit projects in various jurisdictions across the United States, from initial design to permit approval and construction coordination. ▪️What I can help with: • Permit-ready drawing sets—floor plans, site plans, roof plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules • City plan-check comment responses, architectural revisions, and complete resubmission packages • New construction, ADUs, additions, remodels, tenant improvements, and as-built documentation • Single-family, multifamily, commercial, office, and clinic projects • Revit modeling, BIM documentation, and drawing-set QA/QC • Conversion of PDFs, sketches, redlines, or existing drawings into Revit or AutoCAD • Interior and exterior 3D modeling and photorealistic rendering ▪️What you can expect: • Organized, coordinated drawings ready for submittal • City comment responses that are clear, complete, and professionally packaged • Honest timelines and reliable communication from start to finish • A detailed review before every delivery • A designer who understands U.S. permit workflows — not just drafting Software: Autodesk Revit · AutoCAD · 3ds Max · Corona Renderer · Lumion · Unreal Engine · Rhino · Grasshopper · Photoshop Send me your plans, sketches, redlines, or city comments.
