I am a Structural Engineer with over 10 years of experience in consulting, structural design, and instruction in the areas of structural analysis and design. I combine a strong academic background with extensive practical experience in project development and execution, delivering effective, simple, and reliable engineering solutions. As a Professor at Universidad de Los Andes (ULA), I have taught courses such as Strength of Materials I & II, Structures I & II, Reinforced Concrete, and Structural Projects, helping future engineers understand and apply structural theory to real-world challenges. I specialize in the use of finite element methods to analyze and solve complex structural problems, including reinforcement design, connections, singularities, and stress/deformation mapping in steel, concrete, aluminum, and wood elements under various load conditions.
