I take products from zero to paying customers, and stay to run them. Four builds so far: two digital platforms, two consumer products. Every one started with me doing all of it. Business planning, development, sourcing, sales, marketing, and grew into a team once the revenue supported it. Consumer products. A sleep supplement built end to end: market research, factory sourcing and negotiation, sample development, naming, packaging, listing optimization. It reached a top 10 ranking on Coupang, Korea's largest marketplace. I owned the P&L from first idea to reorder. Digital platforms. A marketplace for the Korean domestic market, planned, built, and taken to market alone before scaling to a team. A platform serving Korean residents in the US And a mobile app. What I actually do for clients: positioning and product definition for new launches, manufacturing feasibility (factory sourcing, MOQ, unit cost, sample cycles), packaging and brand direction, go-to-market for both Korean and US audiences, and Korea market entry, localizing product, naming, and messaging so they land with Korean consumers rather than reading as translated. Most consultants can tell you what your positioning should be. Fewer can tell you what the product should be. Almost none can tell you what it costs to make, what the minimum order is, and how those numbers reshape your price and your launch.
