I design apps and digital products around how people behave, not around what looks good in a mockup. So far that's meant an AI-powered HR platform for a UK software company, a government mental health app in India that tested with 196 users and ended up as published research, and a sustainability app built on behavioural science. I have one rule: questions before touching the softwares. Give me a clear problem and I'll save us both the three rounds of revisions that come out of a fuzzy brief. I take on UI design, end-to-end product UX, prototyping, and usability testing. A sustainability or behaviour-change angle is a bonus, not a requirement. A behaviour-change or sustainability angle just makes it more interesting to me.
