Most people in this space are either technical enough to build the thing or strategic enough to know what should get built. I love to do both. I see the gaps and build the systems that connect how work gets done to how it gets measured. I've made delivery pipelines, semantic models, and automations that fan data across tools so nobody's copying and pasting between Smartsheet and SharePoint at 11pm. I've recently stood-up an enterprise Copilot deployment across a GCC Microsoft tenant for hundreds of users, created delivery pipeline architecture with GitHub-integrated automation, and am currently starting an international telecom migration, all while creating the internal tooling to shorten the path from proposal to delivery. On the BI side: Power BI environments built from scratch that leadership uses without calling me first. Geospatial optimization using ArcGIS Pro and MCLP modeling. Workflow automation through Power Automate, Python, REST APIs, and whatever connectors the situation calls for. I came into tech from 20 years in operations where decisions had to be right the first time. That background is why I spot the upstream problem before it becomes a downstream emergency.
