Ioannis K.

I only build on Squarespace, and I only build custom. Every site starts from a blank page, not a template. Official Squarespace Circle Partner. Top Rated on Upwork with a 100% Job Success Score. 50+ Squarespace websites delivered. I handle the whole project myself: strategy, copy, design, custom code, and launch. You work with one person from the first call to handover. What clients say: "Everything I needed was completed ahead of schedule and exactly as I wanted. He is professional, responded quickly to everything -- wonderful considering we are in different time zones. I knew immediately that I needed him to do all the continuing work as my website evolves. I can't recommend him highly enough." - Susan, AdaptiveCommand "Ioannis was incredibly professional and easy to work with. He understood what I wanted in a medically professional website, was quick to respond, and even helped with increasing SEO at the end of the project. I appreciate his straightforward approach and would highly recommend working with him." - Erin Ballard, SEDA Skin & Wellness How I work Fixed price, agreed before anything starts. No hourly billing on projects, so the price you approve is the price you pay. Milestones and deadlines are set upfront, so you always know what is coming and when. Most full builds launch in four to five weeks. I'm based in Greece and work with clients worldwide. Wherever you are, you get a reply within 24 hours. You see the design as it takes shape and I keep revising until it's right, before launch. Every page then gets a dedicated mobile pass, and the SEO basics (titles, descriptions, site structure, load speed) are part of the build, not an add-on. At launch you get a recorded video walkthrough so you can manage the site yourself. If you'd rather I keep handling updates, I do that too. No retainer required.
