Microsoft 365 Expert | AI & Enterprise Architect | Agents | ClaudeCode
I'm an engineer who leads from the inside. I still write code, read logs and fix things myself, and I'm also the person who explains what's going on to the PMs and leadership who have to make the call. Right now I'm the technical lead on an Azure modernization project for a US healthcare company, and when issues get complicated I work directly with Microsoft's cloud architects to sort them out. Before this, I spent three years as a DevOps and platform engineer at The Boring Education, handling deployments, CI/CD and monitoring for their platform. Here's what I bring: Technical leadership I take messy technical discussions and turn them into clear tasks, owners and timelines. I review pull requests, write the fix myself when it's quicker, and when something goes wrong I come back with what happened, why, and what we should do next. No vague updates. Backend development Java (Spring Boot) and Python (Django) are my main languages. I build REST APIs and microservices on PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Redis, with Kafka or RabbitMQ for background work. AI products and automation I've built AI products from scratch, including a microservices SaaS with an LLM layer and an AI contract review app for law firms. I also set up Claude-based agents and workflows for small businesses that handle bookings, leads and support, connected to their CRM, calendar, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Azure and migrations I design and migrate enterprise workloads on Azure. I've also completed 6 Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 migrations, the biggest at 14,000 users, including a 9,500-user hybrid Exchange move with less than 2 hours of downtime. Plus 4 years of identity and access work (SSO, MFA, Entra ID, CyberArk, Venafi). DevOps Docker and Kubernetes (AKS), CI/CD with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps, Terraform and Bicep for infrastructure, and Grafana, Prometheus, Loki and ELK for monitoring. On the hardware side I've worked with Hyper-V, VMware, Proxmox and enterprise Wi-Fi gear. I've run my own Wi-Fi business in Mumbai since 2020. Security and SOC2 My penetration test reports have been accepted as audit evidence in SOC2 Type I and Type II audits for fintech and SaaS companies, including a Swiss HealthTech client. I map every finding to what the auditor needs and give your developers fixes they can actually act on. I'm based in Mumbai (IST), available up to 30 hours a week, and can start quickly. I'll always be upfront about what I've done before and what would be new to me. If you have something in mind, send me a message and we can jump on a quick call.
