Here's the deal: For 17 years I worked in radio as a numerous Award Winning Music Director so if you need someone to help you craft a playlist, or help build the music for an internet radio station, I'm your guy. For 17 years I was a On-Air talent for radio where I would voice content pieces, voice commercials, edit audio, and use audio as a medium to engage a listener. I'm also great at cutting the fat in audio and finding engaging "nuggets" to help plug your podcast. For about 10 years I've been a hobbyist Cocktail Mixologist through @TheChelseaRoom and @NiteCapClub which has gotten me opportunities to create cocktails for numerous distilleries, I created recipes for 2 online Mocktail books, made a cocktail for Carnegie Hall in NYC last spring, and have booked clients for classes, events, and building pop up menus. If you're looking for someone to craft a cocktail menu that wows but also is easy for your staff to recreate, then I'd be perfect. My passion lies in uncovering old cocktails from the past and revisiting them or making them more modern, along with creating my own standout recipes using old and new techniques.
