Excellent Customer Service skills

I'm a full time Chef with more than 10 years of culinary and hospitality experience. Part of my current role as a Chef de Partie involves problem solving and quick response to negative situations such as guests complain / negative feedbacks and service operation related issues. I have some computer background on some hotel systems used for monitoring staff attendances for payroll purposes and ordering systems to do internal and external purchasing orders for daily kitchen operation.
