AI Voice Agents & Workflow Automation | ElevenLabs, n8n, Twilio, CRM
I build AI voice agents and automations that take repetitive work off your team: answering calls, booking appointments, qualifying leads and keeping your CRM up to date. My team at DXBrite built Echo AI, a Gemini-powered call platform for a service business: it answers missed calls, transcribes and summarizes every call, classifies the outcome (booked, follow-up, invalid), sends SMS and email follow-ups, and feeds a searchable call-report dashboard integrated with ServiceTitan. I also build document and email parsing: OCR plus LLM extraction of fields from PDFs, scans and inboxes, with a review step before anything is approved, plus e-signature routing and deadline tracking. Currently in build: an AI receptionist for a dental clinic. Patients call or chat, the agent checks real calendar availability, books the slot, logs the call, and emails both the patient and the doctor. Voice runs on ElevenLabs over a SIP telephony line, the chat agent runs on Claude, and everything is orchestrated in n8n with Google Calendar, Sheets and Gmail. One booking workflow serves both voice and chat, so the two channels never disagree. What I typically build: - AI phone receptionists and outbound calling agents (ElevenLabs, Twilio) - Appointment and booking automation tied to Google Calendar or your scheduling tool - Lead capture, qualification and routing into your CRM - WhatsApp and website chat agents with human handoff - Document and email data extraction (PDF, OCR) with a review step - n8n workflows connecting your tools, APIs and webhooks How I work: - I start with the business problem and the failure cases (missed calls, double bookings, bad data) before picking tools. - I flag security and compliance issues early: webhook auth, call-recording consent, data that shouldn't leave your systems. - You get documentation and a proper handoff, not a black box. Background: 3,700+ hours on Upwork with a 100% Job Success Score, mostly on a long-running full-stack engineering contract. I now focus on AI voice agents and automation, and I can still write custom backend code (Node.js, Python) when no-code tools hit their limits. I work US morning hours. If you have a process that eats your team's time, send me a short description. I'll tell you how I'd automate it and roughly what it would cost to run each month.
