Zero to a $1.5M seed round. That's what the last healthcare MVP I designed did. I do 0β1 design for early-stage startups (pitch deck, brand, product UI/UX, Webflow site) so the product and the pitch both look ready for investors and users. Projects are fixed-price only. I'm not accepting hourly work at this time. I'm usually brought in at one of two moments. The first is 0β1. You're an early-stage startup, often in healthcare, with a rough MVP or nothing built yet, and you need the whole design layer to exist at once: a pitch deck that tells the story, a brand that doesn't look like a template, product UI/UX that users trust, and a Webflow site that converts. I do all four as one system so they actually match each other. That includes the vibe-coded MVP that works but looks rough. Investors notice. Users notice. I fix how it looks and feels without slowing the build. The second is a site that's holding you back. Usually one of three problems: it looks dated or off-brand, it's confusing, or it gets traffic but doesn't convert into real leads and opportunities. Either way, I fix it by combining strategy, UX, and Webflow execution into one process: We clarify who you're trying to reach, what you want them to do, and what makes you different, in plain language. We map a simple, logical structure so visitors (or investors) know exactly where to go. I design the key pages, screens, and flows so your brand finally feels as good online as it does in real life. Then I build it in Webflow in a way your team can actually maintain without breaking things. The healthcare MVP at the top of this profile is Nestwell. They started from zero. I gave them the Webflow site, brand, product design, and pitch deck, plus marketing support, and that's the package that landed their seed round. On the enterprise side, Kickstarter has trusted me on web design projects, which means I'm comfortable collaborating with more mature teams and processes. I don't just "make it pretty"; I care that it works in the real world. Most clients come to me because they want a partner who will think with them, push back when something won't help conversions or won't land with investors, and stay involved long enough to make sure the handoff is smooth. I'm happy to advise on roll-out across the rest of your brand, simple automations, and how to get the most from Webflow once we launch. On Upwork, I keep things straightforward: fixed-price projects that typically start from $5k+, focused on 0β1 packages, full new sites, major redesigns, and MVP/product redesigns rather than tiny tweaks or one-off fixes. If that sounds like where you're at, share a bit about your business, your current site or product, and what "success" would look like for this project, and I'll let you know quickly if I'm the right fit or not. Thanks, Conor
