Hi! 🤍 My name is Anna and I’ve been working in influencer marketing for more than 3 years. I spent more than three years in-house at a well-known wellness brand: Pranamat, managing creator research, outreach, gifting, affiliate partnerships, negotiations, campaign coordination, and long-term creator relationships. It gave me a very practical understanding of what brands actually need from influencer marketing beyond just finding influencers. Now I work independently through Upwork. My current and recent projects include Vue Skin, Atelier Charisma, and Groupaway where I also work as an outreach specialist. Some clients bring me in to manage creator partnerships on an ongoing basis. Others need help with a specific campaign, UGC sourcing, TikTok or Instagram research, outreach, negotiations, gifting, contracts, or simply keeping creators, deadlines, and deliverables organised. The part I care about most is creator fit. Before I start outreach, I want to understand the brand first. Who is buying the product? What does the brand sound and look like? What feels believable at that price point? What kind of creator would actually make sense here? Metrics matter, of course, but they’re only part of it. I also look at content quality, taste, communication style, audience, how naturally someone talks about products, which brands they already work with, and whether the partnership would actually feel right on their page.
