As a Mentor, my role is to support students in their desire to be successful and complete the program. Help students in a professional and timely manner with various issues like: time management, tech issues, and personal problems. I’ve developed highly efficient organizational and leadership skills. Working as an Administrator one gains experience in several IT systems, including Microsoft Office and other Customer Relationship Management software packages. That’s been a great opportunity for me, and it has also motivated me to further my education. I am currently pursuing a degree in Applied Business Management and I’m open to learning and growing. Growing up in Georgia has enabled me to learn English, Georgian, Russian, Armenian, and a basic level of German.
