Victor B.

I audit and fix Pendo accounts so teams worldwide get real value from them. Pendo accounts often end up unmanaged in distributed systems, which leads to messy tagging, guides that aren't working for you, and dashboards you can't trust. I can clean up your account and implement a structure to keep things in order even after I leave the project. I'm a front-end developer with 6+ years of experience in JavaScript and React, so I can write custom code for guides, build resource centers, and set up selectors that won't break when your UI changes. When a tag needs a stable hook, I tell your engineers exactly what to add. I've worked with companies from around 100 users up to 150k monthly active users, so I know what works at both scales. A sample of what I've delivered: - Built and tested 100+ in-app guides in JavaScript across 8 products. Engagement rose 26% and drop-off fell 36%. - Rebuilt a neglected account with 32 guides, 38 features, 15 dashboards, 51 reports and a custom resource center. Assignment creation rose 52% and navigation time fell 34%. - Audited accounts left unmanaged for up to 5 years. - Created a library of nearly 90 guide templates that cut development time by 45%. - Connected Pendo to Salesforce and routed NPS responses to Microsoft Teams, so PMs receive 150+ responses a month with no manual work. What I cover: ✅ Audits, tagging and taxonomy ✅ Guides, onboarding walkthroughs, tooltips and resource centers ✅ NPS surveys, Session Replay, Orchestrate ✅ Analytics: reports, funnels, dashboards, Aggregation API ✅ Front-end work: JavaScript, React, HTML/CSS, Figma ✅ Team training and documentation 8 official Pendo certifications.
