Andres P.
User Experience Researcher: end-to-end mixed-methods researcher
I've spent my career asking why people do what they do, and building the studies rigorous enough to actually answer it. A Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology taught me to trust the data over the assumption; a decade split between my EdTech startup, blockchain products, and international education taught me how to turn that discipline into decisions teams can act on fast. I move as comfortably through a moderated usability test as I do through a room full of stakeholders who need the findings in plain language. I've built research practices from scratch more than once, because most of the teams I've worked with didn't have one yet. Recently relocated to Chicago and open to full-time and contract UX research roles.
