What I build - A browser interface your staff signs into, with an API behind it and the systems you already run wired into it. - A job that produces the report somebody rebuilds by hand every Monday, on a schedule, while the person keeps the judgement calls. - One place to see data that currently sits in systems nobody built to talk to each other. - A system that produces a deliverable or answer on its own, with every figure traceable to the record it came from. - Sensors, firmware and a screen when the thing you need to measure is physical. What the process looks like - I sit with the people doing the work and turn the problem into a short list of requirements you can read and argue with. - I build it, and you see it working in stages. - I test it against that list and show you the results. - I deploy it, hand over the source and show your people how to run it. What you get - The system running, on your infrastructure or on mine, whichever you prefer. - The source code, the deployment and a written handover, so somebody else could pick it up. - A straight account of what it does, what it does not do yet, and what closing that gap would cost. Work that crosses a boundary usually takes three vendors: mechanical, electronics, software. I cover that span myself, so the integration has an owner from day one. Anything a language model writes cites its source and gets checked before it reaches a person.
