I am an IT Support Specialist, System Administrator and Network Engineer with over 3 years of hands-on experience keeping IT systems running smoothly in the retail and food service industries. My focus is on being a reliable pair of hands for businesses that need their networks, servers, and hardware managed correctly. I am currently in a transition phase of my career. I might not have all these certifications or advanced skills today, but that does not mean I am not willing to take the risk and learn.
