WORK I'VE DONE • Telehealth platform (24hrDoc): started with one UX audit and grew into a monthly retainer, plus work on their mobile app and two sister products (pet telehealth and dental). My funnel-led redesign lifted overall conversion from 7.54% to 9.26% (+22.8%). • Native iOS dating app: full app redesign handed off to their developer, now ongoing design support. • Learning app: UI design, then a UX audit applied in Figma, then new features.
