Most stores lose weeks getting products online. Supplier data is spread across websites, portals, PDFs and spreadsheets, none of it matches the store's structure, and by the time it's uploaded the prices and stock are already out of date. I handle the whole job, from collecting the data to keeping it accurate after launch. What I do 1. Collect the product data I scrape product data from supplier websites, portals and online catalogs: titles, specs, variants, prices, images and stock. I also work from CSV, Excel and PDF price lists. 2. Clean and organize it I map raw data to your store's structure: SKUs, variants and options, categories and collections, tags, metafields and attributes. Duplicates, broken variants and missing images get fixed before anything goes live. 3. Import it into your store Shopify is my main platform, and I also work with WooCommerce and other stores. Large imports run in batches, with a test run first and a check of what actually changed afterwards. 4. Keep stock and prices in sync I set up repeatable updates so your store follows your suppliers. Products a vendor stops selling go to draft instead of staying for sale. Why clean data matters My background is ecommerce SEO, so products go in with proper titles, handles, alt text and structured data, not raw supplier copy. Clean product data is also what Google Shopping and AI shopping assistants like ChatGPT read, and I fix the feed problems that get products disapproved in Google Merchant Center. Recent work A US luxury furniture store on Shopify with 14,000+ products: ongoing SEO plus product and inventory management, including several vendor import pipelines and a Merchant Center cleanup. In the 12 months from August 2025, the store's sessions grew 110%, orders 99% and total sales 156% compared with the year before. That's whole-store growth, not SEO alone.
