Civil Design & CAD Drawings Preparation of civil and drainage drawings in CAD, including stormwater layouts, pipe networks, pits, swales, detention systems, finished surface levels, grading plans, and supporting construction notes. Catchment Area Assessment Review of roof areas, paved areas, landscaped areas, external catchments, and overland flow paths to determine stormwater runoff and drainage requirements for the site. Erosion and Sediment Control Plans (ESCPs) Preparation of erosion and sediment control strategies to manage runoff during construction and reduce sediment discharge from the site. Council and Regulatory Compliance Review and preparation of documentation to support council approvals, private certifier requirements, development applications, and engineering review processes. WSUD and Sustainable Drainage Solutions Assessment and design of practical Water Sensitive Urban Design measures, including stormwater reuse, infiltration where suitable, rain gardens, vegetated swales, and water quality treatment systems. Pavement Design Preparation of pavement design assessments and recommendations for roads, access roads, industrial hardstands, car parks, and civil infrastructure projects. Services include review of geotechnical investigations, interpretation of CBR and subgrade conditions, traffic loading assessment, pavement thickness design, pavement material selection, and preparation of supporting calculations and technical reports in accordance with Austroads guidelines and relevant Australian Standards.
