Founder & SaaS Product Manager | Product Discovery & MVP

Turning a product idea into a real, shippable MVP is harder than most founders expect. I know - because I’ve done it myself, both as an engineer and as a founder. ⬇️ ⬇️ I’m a technical founder with a strong engineering background who has built SaaS products from scratch - for my own startups and for clients. I’ve written the code, made early architecture decisions, shipped MVPs, and lived through the consequences when those early decisions were wrong. Today, I work with early-stage and non-technical founders to help them avoid that pain - by getting clarity before development starts. My primary focus is product discovery and MVP definition, grounded in real engineering constraints. Not theory. Not slide decks. Real decisions about: - what should be built - what should not be built yet - and what will break later if done the wrong way now Before time and money are committed to code. What I help with in the discovery phase - Turning a raw idea into a clear MVP scope - Defining requirements that are technically realistic - Identifying risky assumptions early - Making early architecture and UX decisions that prevent costly rebuilds - Aligning product decisions with real business constraints I’ve led multiple SaaS products from zero to production, working hands-on across product strategy, UX direction, and early technical architecture. Because I’ve built my own SaaS businesses and products for clients, I understand both sides: founder pressure and delivery reality. About engineering and implementation After the discovery phase is complete, some clients choose to continue into implementation. At that point, I can: - Support the build directly, or - Provide engineering services through my product engineering team This is optional and scoped separately, depending on the client’s needs and preferences. Best fit ❓ - Founders with an idea but no clear MVP - Non-technical founders preparing to build their first product - Teams who want clarity before committing to development - SaaS products in the zero-to-one phase If you’re looking for someone to jump straight into coding without thinking through the product, I’m probably not the right fit. If you want a founder-level partner who understands both product and engineering - and helps you build the right MVP - we should talk.
