Your business might not need more leads. It might need to stop losing the ones it already has. Leads sit untouched in your CRM. Follow-ups get missed. Appointments slip through the cracks. Your team switches between tools that don't talk to each other, while repetitive tasks consume hours that could be spent growing the business. These aren't just technical problems. They're gaps in your business processes that cost time, create friction, and can leave revenue on the table. I help businesses identify and fix these gaps with AI automation, connected systems, CRM workflows, and custom web solutions. What I can help you solve - AI & Workflow Automation: Build intelligent workflows and AI agents using n8n, Make, Zapier, and other automation tools to reduce repetitive work and connect business processes. - CRM & Sales Process Automation: Configure GoHighLevel and other CRM systems, organize pipelines, automate lead assignment and follow-ups, and improve visibility across the customer journey. - Lead Nurturing & Appointment Systems: Connect forms, calendars, email/SMS sequences, reminders, and booking workflows to reduce missed handoffs and manual follow-up. - API & Third-Party Integrations: Connect websites, CRMs, payment platforms, calendars, and business applications so information flows reliably between systems. - Websites & Ecommerce: Build and improve business websites, online stores, membership platforms, and integrations using WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, WooCommerce, and other suitable technologies. - Custom Software & Business Tools: Develop dashboards, portals, and tailored applications when existing platforms alone can't meet your requirements. Experience beyond implementation With 10+ years of experience and 350+ projects delivered, I combine technical development, automation, integrations, and project leadership to help businesses solve practical operational problems. I don't believe every problem needs another tool or a complicated automation. I start by understanding how your business works, where the process breaks down, and what needs to happen next. Then I help plan, build, integrate, and test a solution around your actual requirements. Whether you're fixing an unreliable CRM workflow, connecting disconnected platforms, introducing AI into repetitive tasks, improving an ecommerce experience, or building a custom system, I can help you take the project from planning through implementation. Let's fix the gaps between the leads you generate, the conversations you start, and the revenue you want to earn. Tell me what you're trying to improve, which tools you're currently using, and where things aren't working as they should. We'll identify the real problem and map out a practical way forward.
