Wen Wen C.

Hello! I am a multilingual (mandarin/english) and multi-faceted product designer and illustrator with over 10 years of solid experience in designing homeware/home decor/homegoods including textiles and hardgoods across multiple product categories for the home (ie. bedding, bath towels/mats/curtains, bath accessories, kitchen towels, pet, toys, candles etc). I have worked with a variety of brands/aesthetics and am proficient with gearing my work to fit a wide variety of styles and brand images. With my knowledge and experience of the retail market and in the manufacturing of soft (textile) and hard (ceramics/resin/wood/metal) materials, I can effectively and accurately design into your needs. In addition I can help you realize your product design visions by creating compelling 2D/3D visuals as well as technical drawings for physical sampling. My practiced and proven skill set encompasses the following: - Trend/market research and mood board creations - Conceptualization via handsketching - Hand product/interior illustrations and fine art (pencil, marker, watercolor) - Surface pattern illustrations/original art creation and digitalization with color separation - 2D CAD renderings and techpack line drawings (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator ) - 3D modeling, renderings and STL print file preparations (Rhino 3D, Sketchup and Keyshot) - Digital illustrations and character designs (Procreate) Outside of work, I am a deeply committed potter and ceramic enthusiast! I am hopeful that my passion and dedication for handcrafted homewares (in particular ceramic tableware, dinnerware and home accessories) will lend itself to your needs and possibly bring extra value to the table! Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I sincerely look forward to the possibilities of working with you soon!
