Jewls L.

Hi, I help busy entrepreneurs, creatives, and business owners stay organized, consistent, and supported—especially those juggling multiple projects or income streams. I currently work as a Virtual and Personal Assistant for multiple clients, providing Instagram and Facebook content support, outreach, project management, scheduling, and day-to-day business operations. I’m often brought in to create structure for clients who lack organization and need reliable behind-the-scenes support. My experience includes acting as a trusted point of contact with full access to client accounts, managing emails and calls, coordinating outreach, maintaining Airtable databases, and supporting social media content organization. I also assist with brand and business development projects, including print-on-demand setup, digital products, and presentation creation. I’m highly organized, proactive, and dependable, with hands-on experience using tools like Canva, Notion, Trello, Airtable, Shopify, and ChatGPT to streamline workflows and improve productivity. If you’re looking for a virtual assistant who brings clarity, organization, and consistency to your business (and personal workflow), I’d love to support you.
