Experienced researcher with a love of clear, concise, and effective scientific writing. With over a decade of scientific experience, I’ve worked extensively in medication safety & efficacy, AI/large language models/deep learning, infectious diseases, pandemic response and preparedness, study design, causal inference methods, and biostatistics. Originally trained as an infectious disease epidemiologist at the Harvard School of Public Health, I've worked in Google's deep learning lab and IQVIA's Center for Advanced Evidence Generation. I have worked on a diverse variety research projects, often at the intersection of health and technology. I teach workshops to de-mystify AI, deep learning, and large language models. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I was part of the multidisciplinary team that created the Apple/Google Exposure Notifications API.
