I’m the Founder of North Star AI Enablement LLC, a boutique consulting practice focused on AI enablement, instructional design, workforce training, workflow strategy, and change management. I help organizations move from AI interest to practical implementation through tailored workshops, custom learning experiences, adoption support, workflow-specific training, and AI implementation strategy. When clients work with me, they get direct strategic leadership through North Star AI Enablement. I manage discovery, scope, client communication, workflow strategy, quality oversight, and implementation alignment. Depending on the project, I can also bring in trusted contract support for specialized delivery, including instructional design, eLearning development, AI automation, LLM integration, full-stack AI implementation, and technical buildout. This model gives clients both senior-level strategy and flexible delivery capacity without the overhead of a large agency.
