I'm a freelance economist and data analyst, with a strong background in econometrics and healthcare. I have a BSc in economics, an MSc in health economics, and five years of experience as an economist/econometrician in the UK public sector. This includes four years spent at NHS England, where I worked on a variety of analytical projects that informed policy decisions across the NHS. Projects at NHS England included: COVID-19 hospital admission forecasting; hospital productivity analysis; elective care recovery analysis; A&E performance analysis; an exploration of inequalities in hypertension-related care. My specialty is economic and econometric analysis in the health/healthcare industry. However, my combined eleven years of academic and professional experience has allowed me to carry out many types of quantitative and qualitative analysis. I am well equipped to work on a wide range of projects, across different industries. My approach will always be to use whatever analytical method is right for the issue at hand.
