I then add all candidates to a Google Sheet in a proper format for your review and tracking. After that, their contact details are extracted using ZoomInfo, ContactOut and SalesQL. Then, outreach is carried out through emails, calls, and personalized LinkedIn connection notes / InMails. After all that, interested candidates are shortlisted and then aligned with you for the further interview process.
