Most early-stage brands don't fail at finding factories. They fail in the messy gap between "we found a supplier" and "we shipped a product customers actually love." I'm a Shenzhen-based Product Development PM working in that gap. I help founder-led brands and small consumer product teams turn product ideas into real first production runs in China — not by collecting quotations, but by managing the parts that usually break: feasibility, supplier sourcing, factory screening, sample development, CMF execution, packaging coordination, pilot-run QC, and fulfillment setup. My background is factory-side engineering in Guangdong. That means I can discuss technical details directly with suppliers while also translating manufacturing reality into clear commercial decisions for the client. What makes my approach different is that I work on the ground. I physically visit factories, hand-check samples before shipment, and send real videos and comparisons so clients see the actual product situation — not just supplier photos or sales promises.
