Most early-stage brands don't fail at finding factories. They fail in the messy gap between "we found a supplier" and "we shipped a product customers actually love." I'm a Shenzhen-based Product Development PM working in that gap. My background is factory-side engineering in Guangdong. I physically visit factories, hand-check samples before shipment, and send real videos and comparisons so clients see the actual product situation — not just supplier photos or sales promises.
