You’re responsible for operations, but the tools, data and automations still need constant checking. I help operations teams find what’s breaking, fix the workflow, and make the system easier to manage. I’m a Business Systems & Automation Consultant with a background in technical support, integrations and implementation. I start by understanding how the business runs: where data enters, who uses it, what happens next, and what a failure means for the team. I can help with: • Unreliable workflows: investigate broken automations, changing business rules, duplicate records and missed handoffs. • Disconnected data: migrate data between platforms using APIs and scripts, structure operational data, and make reporting easier to check. • Systems integration: connect payment systems, CRMs, messaging platforms and web applications. • AI-assisted processes: build workflows that use business information to generate drafts and pass them through defined review and revision stages. I work with JavaScript, Python scripts and direct API integrations, alongside Airtable, n8n, Make and Zapier. I choose the implementation around the requirements and how the team will maintain it. Examples of work I’ve implemented include: • Moving data between two platforms using Python scripts and APIs. • Integrating payment systems into web applications. • Building a Make workflow that generates an email from lead information and passes the draft through further AI review and revision steps. WhatsApp Business Platform work is another area of experience, supported by my background at Infobip and 360dialog and my Meta Certified WhatsApp for Business Technical Implementation credential. What working together looks like: 1. Review the current workflow and identify the failure points. 2. Agree the priorities, scope and what a working result needs to do. 3. Implement and test the changes, including important failure paths. 4. Hand over the system with documentation, known limits and clear next steps.
