I have a significant number of years of experience in collections. I am flexible, honest, motivated person and detail oriented. I started working in the BPO industry in 2012. I worked specifically as a debt collector for Synchrony Bank for 4 years. We are calling customers regarding their past due credit cards and offer payment solutions that would fit their financial status. I also worked with Iron Mountain for 8 years as a collection specialist, contacting different companies/organizations to collect payment for the service we provide such as data management, storage and shredding. Assisting customer's dispute on the invoices by gathering all the dispute details and ensure that it will escalate to the proper department for resolution.
