Need something in Microsoft 365 or Windows fixed? Small jobs are welcome: a user who can't sign in, email going to spam or bouncing, a new mailbox or shared calendar, Teams or OneDrive not syncing, MFA problems, or a laptop that won't enrol in Intune. I've spent five years solving Microsoft 365 problems, first at Wicresoft, a Microsoft support vendor in Shanghai, and now as a contractor here on Upwork. I hold Microsoft's MS-102 and SC-300 certifications. What I can help with: • Email (Outlook / Exchange Online): delivery problems, spam and spoofing, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, mailboxes, shared mailboxes, forwarding • Sign-in and security: MFA, password resets, Conditional Access, Entra ID • Devices: Intune enrolment, Windows Autopilot, Windows 10/11 • Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint: access, sharing, sync issues • Windows Server and Active Directory: user accounts, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file and printer permissions • Bigger jobs too: tenant migrations, Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, PowerShell reports and automation How I work: tell me what's wrong in plain words. I'll confirm the cause before changing anything, fix it, and explain what I did so it's easy to manage next time. I'm happy to start with a short call or a quick fixed-price task. Send me a message describing the problem, and I'll tell you how I'd fix it.
