I’m a hands-on Finance & Operations professional with 10+ years’ experience helping founders and growing businesses get better control of their finances, systems and day-to-day operations. That can mean cleaning up Xero, improving cash-flow visibility, getting overdue invoices under control, organising suppliers and payments, creating clearer admin processes or simply fixing something that has become unnecessarily complicated. I’m also comfortable with the less glamorous but essential bits — contracts, documentation, trackers, reporting, follow-ups, onboarding, supplier coordination and keeping multiple moving parts organised. I’m practical, commercially minded and naturally curious. I like understanding why something isn’t working, finding a simpler way of doing it and leaving behind a process that people can actually follow.
