I’m a Senior Product Manager with 13 years’ experience across product management, business analysis and digital transformation. My background includes leading product work for the NHS Vaccination Booking Service, alongside major digital programmes in banking and insurance. These days, I combine that experience with hands-on AI product development, automation and systems integration. I work with businesses to shape new products, build MVPs, improve existing platforms and connect the tools and processes they rely on. Product management and AI development I work across the full product lifecycle, from understanding the problem and defining requirements through to prototyping, testing, prioritisation and delivery. I’m equally comfortable working with developers and stakeholders as I am getting hands-on with the technology myself. Through my consultancy, Flobalt, I’m building AI-enabled products and helping businesses make better use of their existing systems. One example is TenderFlo, a product I’m developing for the construction industry. This involves working across multiple AI development tools, connecting systems, designing workflows and building functionality around real operational needs. I regularly work with Lovable, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, Replit and other AI development and automation tools. My work includes rapid prototyping, API integrations, workflow design, testing and iterating on working products. I don’t just advise businesses on what they could build. How I can help * Product management: Discovery, requirements, roadmaps, backlog management, prioritisation and delivery. * AI product development: Taking ideas from initial concept through to working prototypes and MVPs, including hands-on development using AI tools. * Automation and integrations: Connecting systems, improving workflows and reducing repetitive manual work. * Product reviews and improvements: Reviewing existing products, identifying usability issues, testing functionality and recommending practical improvements. * Business analysis: Understanding business processes, translating requirements and working between users, stakeholders and technical teams. * Fractional product support: Providing experienced product leadership and hands-on delivery without the need for a full-time hire. How I work I’ve spent much of my career working with complex systems, competing priorities and teams that need someone who can bring clarity and get things moving. I enjoy working with early-stage businesses, particularly when a product is still taking shape or the team needs someone who can work across several areas. I’m pragmatic about technology. I enjoy experimenting with AI and new tools, but I’m equally happy to recommend a simpler solution when that’s what the business actually needs. I’m available for fractional, contract and project-based work, working remotely with overlap across UK, European and South East Asian time zones.
